The Influence of Resin on Forming Wire
1. Clean the forming wire;
-Low pressure steam can be used to remove resin spots on the metal mesh;
-For plastic wire, the vapor pressure should be below 3.5 kg/cm2 and the temperature should not exceed 1500C;
2. High pressure spray water is usually effective for resins;
3. Chemical treatment of the wire can reduce the tendency of resin aggregation;
4. Clean the forming wire with organic solvents.
How to Solve The Small Paper Scrapes Clog The Forming Wire
1. High flow on concentration will lead to:
-Slow water filtration;
-The vacuum degree of the vacuum suction box increases;
-The dryness of the paper entering the press section decreases;
-Increase the operating load of the paper machine;
-Felt wear accelerates.
2. Difficulty in peeling off the paper web will result in:
-A large amount of fibers penetrate into the forming wire and press felt;
-Stripping the paper web from the forming wire requires more energy;
-Increase wet traction force;
-More frequent decapitation;
-Paste the wire to increase the mesh marks.
3. Eliminate blocked forming wire:
-Minimize the dehydration of the breast roll;
-The paper material flow should be directly sprayed onto the leading edge of the forming board;
-The formed board should have no leading edge inclination angle;
-The front forming table should have a small inclination angle and a large arrangement space to control the initial dehydration rate.
4. Check whether the design of the forming wire is reasonable (whether the selection of the forming wire is reasonable);
The mesh surface in contact with the paper web should have a finer mesh, which is beneficial for reducing fiber penetration and the tendency to stick to the web.
5. Within the first 2 meters after passing through the weir plate, excessive dehydration will increase fiber penetration;
6. If the sticking occurs at the forming plate, it may be due to pressure forming;
Ensure that the pulp speed is slightly lower than the mesh speed, so as to operate in a drag mode.
