Installation Method of Forming Fabric

1.Before install forming fabric on the paper machine, need check the machine clearly.

The contact area with the forming fabric must not have any unevenness, inclination, sharp burrs, gravel, or other phenomena, and the wire guide system must be flexible.

2. The running direction must follow the direction indicated by the arrow on the forming fabric, place the forming fabric in the correct position, parallel to each other, to prevent the forming fabric from deviating and folding.

3.There should be moveable high-pressure water and fixed cleaning device for cleaning the forming section, and the water pressure of the medium and low-speed paper machine should not be less than 1.5-2.0 MPa; When the machine speed exceeds 550m/min, the water pressure should not be lower than 2.0-2.5MPa. When using multi-layer forming fabric, the water pressure requirement is 2.0-3.0MPa, and the water should be clean and free of sand particles.

4.Before approach flow, pay attention to adjusting the tension of the forming fabric to the normal level. The tension of the low-speed paper machine should be maintained at 3-4KN/m, and the tension of the medium and high-speed paper machine should be maintained at 4-6KN/m.

Use Method of Forming Fabric

1.During the initial operation of the forming fabric, there will be a certain degree of natural elongation. Within 1-2 days after operation, it is important to adjust the tension of the forming fabric at any time to meet the standard and maintain stable tension. The elongation will tend to stabilize after about three days.

2. During use, the entire area of the forming fabric should be cleaned by high and low pressure spraying to avoid such as roller surface entanglement and forming fabric sticking caused by cleaning blind spots; Turn off the high-pressure water in a timely manner during shutdown to avoid damaging the mesh surface.

3.When cleaning a large area, a 5% alkaline solution or a 10% acidic solution can be used. Use a soft bristled brush or nylon brush to clean, and then thoroughly rinse with water. It can also be washed directly with forming mesh (foam type) detergent.

4. If the machine is stopped for a long time, the net must be loosened. When repairing the paper machine, the net must be carefully removed and must not be reversed.

Due to the fact that the polyester forming fabric is made of organic materials, it should be stored in a dry environment at room temperature, avoiding high temperature and humidity. It is recommended to store it indoors at 10 ℃ -30 ℃ The storage period should not be too long, and it is generally required to use the forming fabric within six months after it arrives.
