Paper Machine Forming Fabric

The forming fabric is used on the paper machine forming section. It is the key component of paper machine to dehydrate and form the paper sheet. When the paper machine is running, the pulp will be sprayed out from the headbox to the forming fabric, the pulp will gather on the forming fabric to form preliminary paper sheets, but these sheets contain a large amount of moisture. The dewatering element installed in the forming section uses vacuum suction to remove a large amount of moisture from the paper sheets on the forming fabric.
