It makes the tiny fiber can be holded on the top layer, and the bottom use thick fiber to weave , it helps achive better paper web ( such as no marked on the surface, reduce operating time). This double layer structure have more stablity than single layer structure.

16 Heddle Double Layer Forming Fabric : it mainly used for production of writing paper and thick kraft paper. This structure has strong bottom wire, so that make the fabric have long service time and increase the quality of output paper.
