Triple Layer Forming Fabric

The triple layer forming fabric, also known as SSB forming fabric, is a high end product in the Sun Hong forming fabric series and one of the best selling products. It adopts a triple layer structure design of upper, middle and lower layers. The upper layer adopts finer diameter warp and weft yarns and plain weave to improve the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, improve the uniformity and smoothness of the paper, and the net marks are light and easy to pick up. The lower layer adopts thicker yarns and warp yarns to improve the stability and service life of the forming fabric structure. Pairs of parallel yarns are used in the middle to accurately connect the upper and lower layers into one, so that there is no relative friction or sliding between the two layers. The triple layer forming fabric has good paper quality, strong dehydration ability, high longitudinal and transverse stiffness, good operating stability, and long service life. It is widely used in high speed paper machines.
