The 2.5 layer forming fabrics are mainly used for the production of high grade paper. The 16 shelf 2.5 layer forming fabric has higher wear resistance and longer service life.
As one of Sun Hong's best selling forming fabric, the 2.5 layer forming fabric is designed with better fiber retention and fiber support without losing dewatering performance. This is achieved by adding an additional horizontal braided wire on the top of the double layer forming fabric. This greatly reduces the distance between the top wires and provides better support for small fibers.
2.5 Layer Forming Fabric Main Features
(1) High water permeability and unique mesh design, which can achieve rapid dewatering even when the paper machine is running at high speed, while reducing fiber loss. (2) Dimensional stability reduces the risk of paper breaks and has good anti-deformation ability.
