The forming fabric can provide stable support for the pulp, assist in the uniform distribution of fibers, and achieve rapid water removal.

Single Layer Forming Fabric

The single layer forming fabric is the simplest forming fabric structure. It has good water permeability, which enables the pulp to be quickly dehydrated during the forming process and maintain the basic uniformity of the paper.

1). 2 shelf single layer forming fabric (internal structure is one up and one down), suitable for sewage treatment industry.

2). 3 shelf single layer forming fabric (using one up and two down weaving structure), suitable for sludge dewatering machine, pulp washing machine, bleaching machine.

3). 4 shelf single layer forming fabric (one up and three down weaving structure), suitable for various paper making machines.

4). 5 shelf single layer forming fabric (using one up and four down weaving structure), suitable for kraft paper, thin paper, writing paper, printing paper machines that require high moisture dehydration.

5). 8 shelf single layer forming fabric, mainly used for the production of high weight paper or cardboard.
