2.5 Layer Forming Fabrics
The design of 2.5 layer forming fabric is fully considering about better fiber retention with good dehydration performance. The 2.5 layer forming fabric have higher fiber index than double layer forming fabric, because we add cross weave yarn on the top of double layer forming fabric to achieve this aim. It will gratelly decrease the distance between top yarn, and provide good support for small fiber. This forming fabric is good at making high grade paper.
8 Heddle 2.5 Layer Forming Fabric
The 8 heddle 2.5 layer forming fabric is normally 2.5 layer forming wire. It have high fiber support index by adding small weave on the top layer, the top weft and bottom weft ratio is 2:1.
