8 heddle double layer forming fabric is including one group longitudinal direction fiber heddle and two group cross direction fiber heddle, this make the small fiber can keep on the top layer, the bottom layer use rougher fiber woven, it will be profit to get better paper forming such as save operation time and no trace. This double layer design have more stability in the dimention than single layer forming fabric.

16 heddle double layer forming fabric have longer service life and can get better paper sheet quality. It's suitable for writing paper and rough kraft paper making. The mesh number can be made from 60/cm to 32/cm.
