Installation of Dryer Fabric

1. The paper machine that originally used canvas and dryer felt can now use polyester dryer fabric without modification. If conditions permit, the original felt roll can be changed to a flat roll and the original felt dryer cylinder can be removed.

2. The endless dryer fabric is circular. Before starting the machine, first remove the inward guide roll, pull the dryer fabric along the usage position, and then reinstall the inward guide roll. Adjust the tension of the dryer fabric to 2-3kg/cm2 before starting the machine.

3. The endless dryer fabric is in the form of a strip, and the two ends of the fabric are connected by spiral rings. When entering the machine, start from one side and thread the connecting wire from one side to the other. If it is difficult to thread it at once, it can be threaded in sections, but the connecting wire must not be cut off. The two ends of the connecting wire should be reversed into the interface to prevent it from coming out.
