The flat yarn dryer fabric is woven from flat cross-section monofilaments, it has high breathability, high temperature resistance, and wear resistance. Adopting high-strength hydrolysis resistant monofilament imported from Germany (such as PPS monofilament), high temperature resistance (up to 180 ℃) and high wear resistance. SUN HONG flat yarn dryer fabric has a smooth and flat paper surface, high drying efficiency, superior hydrolysis resistance, and high stability in use. It is suitable for the making of special paper, cultural paper, and packaging paper machines. The paper machine speed can up to 2000m/min.

The Structure of Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric

1. High speed reinforced flat yanr dryer fabric: adopting a single warp 1.5 layer organizational design, the mesh body is rigid and flexible, with high breathability and long service life. It's suitable for drying packing paper, special on the after dry position.

2. High strength and low air permeability flat yarn dryer fabric: It has the largest contact surface and the best way to evaporate moisture, with an air permeability of less than 90CFM (currently the only one in China), mainly used for drying special paper.

3. High strength double warp flat yarn dryer fabric: adopting a double warp structure design, it has high strength, good stability, and high surface smoothness and flatness. It is mainly used for drying cultural paper, technical paper, special paper after drying, etc.

The Technology of Sun Hong Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric

1. Using high-strength hydrolysis resistant monofilament imported from Germany, stable and wear-resistant, it can fully meet the high temperature and high humidity environment of high-speed paper machine dryers.

2. Using imported heavy-duty wide rapier looms for weaving can achieve high mesh flatness, consistency, and stability. The 12.9-meter JR-1F weaving machine from Germany's Eugen company has a warp force of 6.5t/m; TEXO 10.5-meter TCX1115 loom from Sweden, with a carding force of 8t/m.

3. PPS edge design, PPS monofilament has high hydrolysis resistance, high wear resistance, and good strength. It is woven into the mesh body by special means, and finally forms two PPS mesh edges of flat yarn dryer fabric, which can increase the strength of the mesh edge several times and improve the wear resistance and hydrolysis resistance of the mesh edge.

5. Using imported PEEK spiral rings and threading, its resistance to hydrolysis, stability, strength, and wear resistance are several times that of ordinary spiral rings, greatly improving the strength and lifespan of the interface.

6. Under certain tension, temperature, and pressure conditions, using a mesh press machine to treat the mesh opening makes it smoother and more delicate.
