What is Single Layer Forming Fabric?

The single layer forming fabric is widely used on paper pulp making, sludge dewatering, straw pulp board, black liquid extraction, pulp washing and bleaching machine. The single layer forming fabric have low cost and simple structure, suitable for low speed paper machine. The single layer forming fabric is composed by one layer warp and one layer weft, usually woven from 2 heddle to 8 heddle.
